About Me

My photo
Patience
Midwest, United States
I've realized through the years I must keep several creative irons in the fire -- heating up together at any given time-- to keep life interesting, and to channel the ideas that crowd my right-brained mind. Painting and sculpting (using salvaged, re-purposed or 'upcycled' materials whenever possible) are my favorite outlets. My interests are many, my influences varied. Plus eclectic. Did I mention numerous? The more the merrier as I've always said..... ______________________________ In 2009 I was diagnosed with Stage II breast cancer, spending the better part of the year and beyond in aggressive treatments. With it all happily behind me, I look forward daily... to looking ahead.... _____________________________ Note, my posting in here can be sporadic at best -- thanks for bearing with me.....! For more info visit my splash page: http://artofpatience.ourprairie.net/ .... (And thanks in advance for respecting my artist's copyright...)
