I've discovered through the years I must have several creative 'irons in the fire' -- heating up together at any given time, to keep life engaging as well as to channel all the ideas that are forever swimming around my right-brained mind. Painting and sculpting (specifically using salvaged, recycled, reclaimed and 'upcycled' materials whenever possible) are my favourite outlets..., with my interests many, and influences varied. Plus eclectic. Did I mention numerous? The more the merrier I've always said.....

In 2009 I was diagnosed with Stage II Breast Cancer, spending the better part of the year and beyond in aggressive treatments. Now that I have it all happily behind me, I look forward daily... to looking ahead....
